Climate Control in brief

With ClimateLineAir 11 heated tubing, Climate Control Auto sets the tube to 80°F and holds humidity at 85% relative humidity, which ResMed says protects against rainout. Manual lets you set tube temperature (60–86°F) and humidity separately, but ResMed says rainout protection isn’t guaranteed. See ClimateLineAir heated tubing explained and CPAP rainout.

Verdict

From the documents, the AirSense 11 AutoSet is a complete, well-specified auto CPAP: integrated humidifier, heated-tube Climate Control, three data paths and a 9,870 ft altitude rating. Its 2-year device warranty is shorter than some rivals, such as the React Health G3 X (5 years from sale to dealer). Prices differ by retailer, so compare before you buy.
