CPAP masks in the UK: ResMed prices compared (2026)

3 min read By HHZ Editorial Next review

On ResMed's UK shop, full-face masks cost £129–£137 plus VAT, nasal masks and cradles £104–£132.50, and nasal pillows £107.50–£119. Choose the type first: full-face if you breathe through your mouth, nasal or pillows if you don't. Buyers with sleep apnoea can usually claim VAT relief.

All prices below are from ResMed’s UK shop, read 14 October 2026. ResMed lists them “plus VAT”. A buyer who qualifies for VAT relief pays the listed price.

AirMini users

The AirMini needs mask-specific kits. ResMed’s UK shop lists:

  • AirFit N30 kit for AirMini: £142 + VAT
  • AirFit P10 kit for AirMini: £139 + VAT
  • AirMini set-up pack for an existing N20 mask (no mask or device): £39 + VAT

Cheaper than a new mask

Often you only need a part. On the same shop:

  • AirFit F20 headgear: £39 + VAT
  • AirFit F20 frame: £43 + VAT
  • AirFit F20 soft sleeves: £7 + VAT
  • QuietAir vent for AirFit F20/F30: £35 + VAT
  • ResMed mask wipes, 62 pack: £12 + VAT

How to choose

  1. Mouth breathing or a dry mouth in the morning? Start with full face. The F20 is the standard choice; the F40 and F30i are more minimal.
  2. Nose breather? Pillows (P10, P30i) feel the lightest. A nasal cushion (N20, N30i) suits people who find pillows irritating.
  3. Sleep on your side or move around? Top-of-head tube designs (F30i, N30i, P30i) keep the hose out of the way.
  4. Sizing. Most of these masks come in several cushion sizes, so use the manufacturer’s fitting guide.

The verdict

If you’re on NHS CPAP, ask your sleep clinic about replacement masks first. If you buy privately, the F20 (£129 + VAT) and P10 (£107.50 + VAT) are the safest starting points for mouth and nose breathers. Replacing a cushion or headgear is often much cheaper than buying a new mask.
