Who it suits
Mouth breathers on pressures up to 25 cmH2O who prefer a traditional over-the-nose seal.
Alternatives
The Vitera covers pressures to 30 cmH2O; the Evora Full is the compact under-nose option. See Simplus vs Vitera.
Verdict
The F&P Simplus is a traditional over-the-nose full-face mask. F&P lists 25.8 dBA sound power, the quietest F&P full-face mask in our guides on paper, and a 4–25 cmH2O operating range, lower than the Vitera’s 30. It was $135 complete at CPAP.com on 14 October 2026 ($104 without headgear), with $49 replacement cushions.
