All prices are in Singapore dollars and were read from each retailer’s own website on 14 October 2026. Comooz states its prices are nett and include GST. Check the retailer’s page before you buy, because prices and promotions change.

Check the subsidy first

Since April 2026, people aged 16+ with moderate-to-severe sleep apnoea who pass a one-month adherence trial can get a one-time government subsidy for the ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet. See CPAP subsidy in Singapore. It is the only model on the list, so it changes the maths for anyone eligible.

Comooz says the price differences in Singapore come down to three things: whether the machine is auto-adjusting, whether a mask and humidifier are bundled, and whether setup, fitting and follow-up are charged separately. Its advice is to compare the total of machine, mask and setup, not the headline price.

Renting and trying first

Comooz’s published rental and trial terms:

OptionCost
AirSense 10, 3-month planS$50 a month (S$150 upfront)
AirSense 11, 3-month planS$85 a month (S$255 upfront)
AirSense 10, 1 monthS$85, plus S$240 mask and S$360 refundable deposit
AirSense 11, 1 monthS$125, plus S$240 mask and S$360 refundable deposit
5-night home trialS$240 mask (yours to keep) + S$360 refundable deposit; S$98 processing fee if you return the machine

Rent paid in the first three months is offset against the purchase price. Comooz works out that after a 5-night trial, the balance to buy is S$1,268 for the AirSense 10 bundle and S$1,468 for the AirSense 11 bundle. By its own figures, buying is cheaper than renting beyond roughly six months of nightly use.
